When the foundation of Dean Dawson’s life crumbles to pieces at his feet, he swears off relationships of any kind and goes back to a life of bachelorhood, loving and leaving different women every night.
After dodging what could possibly be the world’s worst blind date, Rory finds herself face to face with Dean—a temptation she knows she should avoid. It’s just one night, and there’s no harm in having a little fun.
They say when you hit rock bottom the only way to go is up, but nothing is ever that simple.

I've been waiting for this book since I finished End Game. And as I continued to read the series and see how sucky and annoying Kara was I kept asking Emily if Dean would get his happily ever after. By ask I mean I constantly bugged her about it. And finally, she announced Rock Bottom and I was so excited to read Dean's story. I have to say I wasn't disappointed with this story. I loved Rory. She cracked me up and I liked how quirky, weird, and sweet she was. She was the perfect match for Dean and they were good together. I loved Dean--except when he was being a Douche in the first couple of books--so seeing him with his on story was nice. It was a little weird to see that side of him. While I hated Kara and I've had many bad thoughts about her from the get-go, I was still sad about how things ended between her and Dean. I felt for Dean since it crushed him and made him revert back to being a playboy in his mid-thirties. It was so nice getting to see the Dawson family and how much they've all grown now that they are in relationships. I also liked Rory's family (I'm hoping that's a series down the road). Overall, I enjoyed this story and it was the perfect end to one of my all-time fave series. I cannot wait to see what Emily comes out with next. I'm excited and Emily is definitely an auto-buy author for me now.
